My business isn't "techy". Can this still work for me?
Those are my favourite businesses to work with, because the wins are biggest. If your week involves email, spreadsheets, invoices, bookings or quotes, there is almost certainly 5–15 hours of automatable work in it. You don't need to understand the technology — that's the entire point of done-for-you.
How much does it cost?
It depends entirely on what we're automating — a single email workflow is a very different job to connecting five systems. That's exactly why the first call is free: you'll know what's worth doing, what it costs and what it saves before you commit to anything. No surprises, no pressure.
How long until I see results?
Most first automations are live within a few weeks of saying yes, not months. I deliberately start with the highest-value, fastest win from your plan so you feel the difference in your week as quickly as possible.
Will this replace my staff?
In my experience it replaces the part of their job they hate. Your team stops retyping data and chasing paperwork, and spends that time on customers and revenue. Businesses rarely shrink after automating — they grow, because capacity stops being the bottleneck.
What if it breaks or my needs change?
Everything I build is handed over documented and tested, and I offer ongoing support so you're never left with a black box. As your business changes, the automations change with it.
Do you only work with businesses near you?
No — I work with businesses across the UK. I'm based in the North East of England, so Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham and Teesside businesses can have face-to-face sessions, but everything I build can be scoped, built and delivered remotely just as well.
